Pianist, Paul Verona has appeared with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, the Manhattan Contemporary Ensemble, the Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra, and the Sheboygan Symphony Orchestra. He has performed in recital in Italy, Austria, Holland, France, Germany and throughout the United States. Mr. Verona has been heard on radio and television stations in Washington
D.C., New York City, Chicago, Milwaukee, Salt Lake City, as well as on the VARA radio station in Amsterdam and RAI for Italian television and radio in Italy and the United States.Mr. Verona’s recording of Isaac Albéniz’s Iberia is now available on the Centaur Records label and on iTunes. For the past 16 years, Mr. Verona has played a central role in the New York City Alumni Chapter’s recital series at Tenri Cultural Institute in Greenwich Village and in 2003 was named its Distinguished Artist. He is Treasurer of the New York City Alumni Chapter. From 2013-2015, he served on the Board of Directors of the Mu Phi Epsilon Foundation Mr. Verona holds degrees from the Bologna Conservatory of Music, the Juilliard School, and the Manhattan School of Music. Mr. Verona is an avid gourmet cook and writes on food in his blog, “Food Paolo Knows.”
